At L.A. COLORS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
